Noah was one of a kind and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife and mother of his children Jennifer Lynn Scott; his daughter Melissa Ann Scott; his brother Bill Scott and his sisters Evelyn Smith and Edna Mae Arms.

He is survived by a loving family which includes his wife Shirley Scott of the home; his children Gene Edward Scott and wife Debra of Tahlequah and Linda Paulette Jones and husband Kelly of Tahlequah; his stepdaughters Kayla Richerson and husband G.W. of Webbers Falls and Regina Tatum and husband Ron of Muskogee; 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
