Freddie Gene Rose the son of Willie Lawson and Edna Mae (Collins) Rose was born September 20, 1939 in Tahlequah, OK and departed this life on July 23, 2012 in Welling, OK at the age of 72 years, 10 months and 3 days.

Freddie loved the outdoors. He was an avid archer and he loved to hunt. While living in California he enjoyed going up into the mountains to chase his game. He enjoyed bowling and golfing in his younger years and later became very fond of fishing. He and his friends would meet at the Caney Ridge Marina and crappie fish, where just this year Freddie caught the Lake Tenkiller Record Crappie. Freddie enjoyed life and enjoyed his friends and family. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
